The Nesma’ak Patient Help Desk is a point of contact for patients, family and visitors to ask questions, seek information, make comments or express any concerns. The team is specially trained to provide information and assistance to meet the needs of patients, falily and public about the cardiac service. A Nesma’ak Patient Help Desk can be found at the hospital main entrance, the outpatient and emergency departments. Nesma’ak Customer Service staff can also be found roaming in all parts of the hospital.
You can also be assured that all your discussions with Nesma’ak representatives are private and confidential.
The service is open from 7am to 3pm, during weekdays (Sunday to Thursday)
If you cannot visit a center in person, you can speak to a Nesma’ak representative on the telephone by calling 4439.5838 between 7am and 3pm, Sunday to Thursday. After 3pm on weekdays and on weekends please call 16060 or email nesmaak@hamad.qa.
