Nesma’ak Customer Service
The Nesma’ak Customer Service Help Desk serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, and visitors who have questions, need information, wish to provide feedback, or would like to express a concern. Our team is specially trained to assist with inquiries related to cardiac services and to ensure that your experience at Heart Hospital is as smooth and supportive as possible.
Nesma’ak Help Desks are located at the main hospital entrance, as well as in the Outpatient and Emergency Departments. You may also encounter Nesma’ak representatives walking throughout the hospital, making assistance easily accessible wherever you are. You can rest assured that all discussions with Nesma’ak staff are treated with the utmost privacy and confidentiality.

Nesma’ak Help Desks are available Sunday to Thursday, from 7 AM to 3 PM.
